Happy Tuesday!! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful weekend and that your Monday was great!
I managed to accomplish the one thing on my list last week: Relax! Also, we found a friend for our dog, Mugsy. Meet Ginger:

They’ve actually met before and spent 8 months living together, but we didn’t know that when we went to get Ginger from her previous owners. It’s a small world! There’s an interesting little story the Mister wrote about Ginger & Mugsy and how we came to be their parents, and if you care to read it you can find it HERE.
Now that my week of relaxing (and searching for a friend for Mugsy) is over, it’s time to get back to work! I have some Spring cleaning to get done over here, before the dust bunnies take over. I also need to get started on the Iron Man quilt for my other nephew. Since there is a bunch of red fabric, you can bet your last dollar I’ll be doing some pre-washing this weekend!
This week’s To-Do list:

Hi Christine! Congratulations on your adoption of Ginger! The story Brad wrote is completely amazing and very touching! She is a little doll and Mugsy will be happier having a little doggy buddy. We are big supporters of pet rescue and adoption… try it once and you just have to keep doing it!
I hope you have great success growing your linky party! I found you because of Sharon’s Featherweight Club Post.

Hi Lara! I read Sharon’s post a little earlier and I wished so badly I could be nearby for the Featherweight Club! That sounds like so much fun!!
Ginger and Mugsy’s story still amazes me! I am so glad we were able to get her and we are giving her so much love. She has really warmed up to us, and she and Mugsy are getting along great. I just love them!

Hey Christine and Lara! You two are just way to cute talking about the Featherweight club! If you are ever near NE IN let me know! We will have to meet up!
Doggy tales – my daughter just recently adopted a Basenji from a pet rescue. She needs a bit of doggy training tho, hyper not so little thing! Love how your doggy relatives are reunited.
And Christine, hope you get that cleaning and cooking knocked off your list so you can get back to quilting!

Good morning, Sharon! I would absolutely try to meet up if we’re ever that way!
I had to google what a Basenji looked like, I’d not heard of that breed. What a beautiful dog! And they do look like they like to have fun…LOL So glad your daughter was able to rescue!
I got the cooking and cleaning done yesterday…YES!! Now it’s back to quilting for me. Whew! 🙂
