To-Do Tuesday 3-3-15 | Making Progress

Happy Tuesday (actually, Monday evening, but still…Happy Day to you)!!

It felt wonderful to be able to cross things off my list this past week. I finished my Spiderman themed Urban Churn Dash Quilt top and came up with a name for it: Radioactive Consequences. I’m getting really excited about this quilt.

I also finished the quilt back for it, and it turned out better than I imagined. This week my sole focus is going to be this quilt. I plan on basting the quilt tomorrow and then I’ll be ready to start quilting on Friday. I hope to have it bound by next Tuesday so that I can have it in the mail by Wednesday in time for my nephew’s birthday.

  1. I squealed when I looked at those pictures. I knew this quilt was going to be fabulous, but it’s looking so much more fabulous than I’d imagined. I love the secondary design in the top and the pops of color and label on the back mixed with those awesome cameras is fantastic! CANNOT WAIT to see it once it’s all quilted and bound!

    1. It’s turning out so amazing, right?! I’m blown away by it all. I keep telling Brad, “I can’t believe I’m making this. It’s so awesome!” If it weren’t for you mentioning the Urban Churn Dash Quilt along to me, this quilt wouldn’t even exist!! It’s totally inspired by you!
